•  If a cancellation is made with 30 days notice to check in date, refund is issued minus 1 nights stay. If there is a government mandated halt on travelling within Ontario or use of short term rentals, 100% refund will be given. If you or your family become ill, or need to cancel with less than 30 days notice, we will not issue a refund.
