For added peace of mind, all property owners are thoroughly vetted prior to listing and must provide proof of ownership along with other relevant documentation. Tall Pine Cottage Co. is a registered travel agency with the Travel Industry Council of Ontario (TICO), operating under Registration #50026987, so you can book with confidence, knowing you’re supported by a trusted and regulated organization every step of the way.
Many of our properties are licensed by their local municipal offices, and occupancy limits are often determined by these regulations. As a result, the number of guests permitted at each cottage may vary, and occupancy limits typically include all guests—children as well as adults. We recommend reviewing the listing details carefully, and your Travel Advisor will be happy to provide clarification and ensure you select a property that comfortably accommodates your group.
A refundable security deposit is required for all of our cottages and is held to ensure the property is left in good condition.
