Waterfront – cottage is 20 feet from waters edge. Water is very clean, fantastic for swimming and fishing. End of dock is 20ft deep, easy access with big ladder. Small beach area with sand/rock mix. Good for kids to play but water depth does drop off

2 Floating docks – 10×20. Boat rentals at McKellar Marine a 2 km drive from the cottage. Boat launch is a 1 minute drive from cottage. You can dock your boat at the cottage up to a max of 19ft. Marine will deliver rental via water if you wish (for a fee)

Payment Schedule: 25% of total rate is a non-refundable deposit due at booking. Balance and security deposit is due 60 days prior to check-in, all fees payable by etransfer
Cancellation Policy: If property can be rebooked at the same rate, guest will be reimbursed for cancellation minus the 25% non-refundable deposit. If you paid 100% at booking, a 25% cancellation fee will be held back. If the property cannot be rebooked at the same rate no refund shall be given
