Cancelation Policy – Cancellations must be in writing. If some, or all the dates can be re-booked, the Renter will receive a refund, prorated, less a cancellation fee of $150.00 CAD per stay. If the accommodation cannot be rebooked, the Renter forfeits all monies paid.
