• We do not have garbage pick up as we are on a private lane, please take your garbage with you when you leave
• Security deposit is $500 and is returned within 7 days of stay
• Payment Schedule: 50% deposit of rental fee at booking. Balance and security deposit due 30 days prior to stay
• Cancelation Policy: Fully refundable if dates can be rebooked at the same cost
