Check in 3pm / Check out 10am

Deposit: 50% of rate at time of booking. Balance and security deposit due 30 days prior to stay. Payment can be made by etransfer, or credit card with a 3% fee

Cancellation: Less than 30 days from date of check in will receive no refund, unless the dates can be rebooked at the same rate

Security deposit: pre-authorization of CAD 500.00 is due 1 days before arrival and released 7 days after departure

Pets must be leashed, 1 pet per cottage. (Less than 25lbs, exceptions may be made subject to prior approval). Not allowed on the beach

No smoking indoors, on the beach, near playground, or near any other cottages
