Maximum 2 pets allowed. Pets are not permitted on any furniture at any time. Poop & scoop is mandatory. Continuous and excessive noise is not tolerated. Dogs must remain on leash while outdoors

$500 refundable security deposit due 14 days prior to checking-in

Upon agreement of rental, the initial deposit of 50% is due to guarantee the reservation. The final deposit along with the security deport is due 14 days prior to checking-in

Cancellation: Any cancellation made by renter shall be in writing addressed to the Owner, and the amount of refund depends on how many days prior the Check-in Date this Notice was received by the Owner. The below policy will be applicable for all cancellations and refunds: if at least 30 days – Owner shall refund all money paid, if less than 30 days – No refund.

Cancellation By the Owner: If for any reason beyond the owner’s control the property is not available on the date booked or the property is unsuitable for rental, all rent, and charges paid in advance by the renter will be refunded in full and the Renter shall have no further claim against the owner
