Beautiful Lagoon City on Lake Simcoe – located on the eastern shore of beautiful Lake Simcoe, Lagoon City, known as the Venice of Ontario, offers a quiet escape. With over 10 miles of canals and an expansive waterfront you are never far from the water’s edge. In addition to being on the water in Lagoon City, it is a 5 minute walk to Lagoon City Beach – the best of both worlds! A wagon is provided for your beach items
The lagoon is swimmable but has some weeds that are controlled and cleared by the city a few times during the summer

Payment Schedule : 50% due at time of booking, balance and security deposit due 60 days prior to check in, payable by etransfer
Security deposit $500 – is returned within 7 days of stay
Cancellation Policy: Full refund up to 60 days prior to check in, after 60 days no refund for cancellations
Pet friendly- 1 dog, must be hypoallergenic and under 25lbs. Must be well behaved and no excessive barking. The yard is not fenced it, so the dog must be kept on a leash if not trained to stay in the yard
