Nestled along 100 feet of private river frontage and just a short stroll from the sandy shores of Wasaga Beach, this exceptional property offers the perfect setting for family vacations, reunions, and group getaways. Whether you’re enjoying sunny summer days on the water or cozy winter weekends indoors, every season brings something special to experience.
Designed to accommodate up to fourteen guests, with a maximum of ten adults, the home offers four comfortable sleeping areas, five full bathrooms, and over 2,500 square feet of living space. The fully equipped kitchen makes preparing meals effortless, while central heating, air conditioning, excellent Wi-Fi, and a wood-burning fireplace provide year-round comfort. Linens and bedding are supplied for your stay, and thoughtful touches throughout the home ensure large groups have plenty of room to relax without feeling crowded.
The highlight of the property is the private heated indoor pool and adjoining sauna, creating a vacation experience that’s enjoyable no matter the weather. After a swim, gather for a game of ping pong, enjoy dinner around the outdoor dining table, or spend the evening around the fire pit overlooking the river. Guests can launch the included canoe and kayak directly from the property, fish from the dock, or bring their own boat to tie up for the duration of their stay. With nearby rentals available for boats and jet skis, there’s no shortage of ways to explore the surrounding waterways.
Perfectly positioned just minutes from Wasaga Beach and a short drive to Blue Mountain and Collingwood, the retreat offers easy access to beaches, skiing, golf, restaurants, shopping, and year-round attractions.
