About The Space
Welcome to Little Lynn’s Inlet, an exceptional waterfront ranch home on the peaceful shores of Lake Manitouwabing in McKellar, Ontario. Offering over 3,000 square feet of beautifully designed living space on nearly an acre of property, this four-season retreat combines luxury, recreation, and privacy in one unforgettable setting. Nestled on a quiet inlet with 140 feet of shoreline and surrounded by mature trees, it’s the ideal destination for large families and groups looking to enjoy everything cottage country has to offer, just two and a half hours from Toronto.
Designed to comfortably accommodate up to twelve guests, the home features five spacious bedrooms, three bathrooms, and multiple gathering spaces spread across the main floor and full walkout lower level. The bright, open-concept living areas include a fully equipped kitchen with two full-size refrigerators, dishwasher, ice maker, and generous dining space for everyone to gather together. High-speed Wi-Fi, satellite television, onsite laundry, four fireplaces, and a fully finished games room complete with pool table, foosball, darts, wet bar, and additional living room ensure there’s always something to enjoy, no matter the season.
Outside, the property is packed with amenities for every age. Relax in the eight-person hot tub overlooking the lake, spend the afternoon swimming from the large dock, or paddle through the calm waters by kayak, canoe, or stand-up paddleboard before venturing into the main lake. The private inlet offers excellent fishing for pike, walleye, and panfish, while deeper water beyond the dock is perfect for boating and water sports. Children will love the treehouse, zipline, trampoline, and Splash Island, while the expansive lawn provides endless space for cornhole, croquet, lawn darts, washer toss, Molkky, and other outdoor games. As the sun sets, choose between two fire pits or gather around the propane fire table to enjoy another peaceful evening by the water.
Beyond the property, guests are only minutes from public boat launches, championship golf courses, local shops, restaurants, and the McKellar General Store. Year-round adventures await with nearby ATV and snowmobile trails, ice fishing, skating, snowshoeing, and even a toboggan hill right on the property. Algonquin Provincial Park, Killbear Provincial Park, Parry Sound, and local farmers’ markets are all within an easy drive, making Little Lynn’s Inlet an outstanding home base for exploring the region. Whether you’re planning action-packed days outdoors or quiet evenings surrounded by nature, this remarkable lakefront retreat offers an experience that’s every bit as memorable as the destination itself.

We enjoyed our stay at Little Lynn’s Inlet. We were a group of 7-50+ women. The cottage was definitely spacious enough for us and the kitchen was very well-equipped.The dock and lake were gorgeous and we were fortunate to have amazing weather for mid-September. Communication with Shannon and the owner was great. Anything that popped up was addressed quickly. I would definitely stay there again!
