Set on a peaceful half-acre property just minutes from Fenelon Falls, this inviting retreat offers stunning west-facing views, unforgettable sunsets, and direct access to one of the region’s most popular lakes. Only an hour and a half from the GTA, it’s the perfect destination for families, couples, and friends looking to enjoy a relaxing lakeside escape without travelling far from home.
Designed to comfortably accommodate up to eight guests, the cottage features four main-floor bedrooms, a bright open living area, and a thoughtfully updated interior that blends modern convenience with classic cottage charm. Guests will enjoy a fully stocked kitchen with safe drinking water from the tap, air conditioning, strong unlimited Wi-Fi, streaming services, cable television, onsite laundry, an electric fireplace, and comfortable indoor and outdoor dining spaces. Linens are provided, allowing you to arrive, settle in, and begin enjoying your vacation right away.
The waterfront is one of the property’s greatest highlights. With fifty feet of clear, weed-free shoreline, a gradual walk-in entry, and a brand-new dock for the 2026 season, it’s an ideal place to spend long summer days swimming, fishing, or launching your next adventure on the lake. - Minimum Age Of Primary Renter: 25
- Security deposit $750, returned within 7 days of check-out
- Cancellation policy: Cancellations must be in writing. If the dates can be re-booked at the same rate you will receive a refund, less a cancellation fee of $150 and an admin fee of 9% admin fee + HST based on the total booking amount (does not include refundable security deposit). If the dates cannot be rebooked, you forfeit all monies paid.
- 50% of rental rate due at booking. Balance and security deposit due 28 days prior to check-in.

Had a blast up here. Richard and Kelly were very accommodating and the place was incredible very clean and cozy, the lakefront was beautiful. would recommend this place to anyone and hope to stay again!!

Richard and Kelly, one of the best locations I’ve ever experienced. The view was amazing,place was clean ,organized,and well maintained. You will find everything you need ( or in our case we did not think we needed in the kitchen.) BBQ was easy to use and clean. The instructions Richard provided for their guests were simple and straightforward. Ok I can’t stop thinking about the view. We were at Richard for Canada day and our neighbors had some fireworks which made the Lakeview so special.
You can swim at this place, use the canoes or just sit on one of the chairs outside around the fire do absolutely nothing and enjoy the amazing view. Thanks to our amazing host, we had a great experience and looking forward to book this place again.
